Lois has a decade of experience working with young people as a caseworker, mentor and advocate in a variety of settings including: youth offending and education, as well as political and social activism. Through these roles, she has developed a practical understanding of the challenges faced by young people living in London and firmly believes establishing pro-social identities is key to their personal and professional success.
Lois loves sport and has studied the correlation between Sport & International Development. Through Playbook Project she is determined to help young people fulfil their potential by developing the skills to make positive choices and build better futures.

Jason is an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a decade of hands-on experience in the tech industry. Fueling his success is a relentless "Can do" attitude - Jason Started out as a Software Consultant and has continued to develop analytical and numerical skills throughout his career. Armed with a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Jason's expertise extends beyond the digital realm – he is a licensed Pilot, regularly taking flight to new heights! Jason is a gifted musician and is a big fan of both Boxing and Basketball.
With a multifaceted skill set and a passion for innovation, Jason manages Playbook’s Measurment Information and uses his skills to support the strategic development of Playbook Project.

Abimbola has extensive experience working in strategic roles to support third sector and public sector organisations. She is passionate about children and young people reaching their ambitions and fulfilling their potential.
Abim currently works as a communications and engagement lead in the NHS. She serves as a trustee for a mental health charity and is a governor for a local primary school.

Sharon is a qualified football coach with over 12 years experience of coaching and mentoring young people. She has recently completed a Masters in Sport Management and the Business of football and is currently Chairperson of a board for a housing organisation.
